Ok
The increase from €12 to €30 additional payment at (FTW) has angered many customers. We have to pay €7.50 for 10 minutes. Even if you are on vacation and may not be there for a month. Even if you fail!? The type of communication about this is very disappointing. What should a FTWPlus subscription improve? The cleanliness of the changing rooms and showers leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing will change here even with a AboPlus. The water area and the pool are also not cleaned regularly. The service at reception is very unfriendly.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the changing rooms during water aerobics leaves a lot to be desired. The showers often smell of urine or simply don't drain, the shelves in the showers have seen better days, everything is full of mucus from below.

Unfortunately I was disappointed today. The water aerobics that I have every Monday at 5 p.m. Before that I got a letter in my name. Trine said that water aerobics can only be done by direct debit and costs 30 euros per month. That is too expensive for me. Many short-time followers have dissolved it. Many application throw already killed together. At HEH Braunschweig, water aerobics are cheap. Therapy & thermal baths cannot be recommended anymore. Get outrageous. Therefore only get 2 stars. I resign.
Certainly good as a therapy center, impossible as a testing center!
The T&T employees are all very friendly and helpful, but offering a corona test here is simply absolutely not appropriate. The test has now been negative on 3 occasions and positive at home. The way the test is carried out here, I doubt that even one of the testers has ever been properly trained.
I think T&T is making a killing here and is responsible for numerous infections in Braunschweig because they simply don't carry out adequate testing here and so numerous customers go out with an actual infection and unknowingly infect other people.
I'm really very disappointed with so little conscientiousness.
I can't say anything about the other skills. The T&T team certainly completes its core tasks much more satisfactorily than their tests.
Rate the testing here: I was usually tested exactly at the time of the appointment and if I had to wait, it was only 2-3 minutes. Very relaxed because you only need 5 minutes and the result comes by email afterwards. So if you want to get tested, I can definitely recommend the testing center.
The reception is really extremely unfriendly
I had an appointment at 1:45 p.m. which I canceled at 7:35 a.m. due to illness. Nevertheless, I have to pay a cancellation fee of 15 euros. And then you should relax. To make matters worse, I then receive this fee on my invoice at home, even though I have booked a follow-up appointment. I will avoid the store in the future. Really outrageous and uneconomical. Very unfortunate.
